Directions from Penrith and M6: follow A66 to Kempley roundabout, follow A6 to Eamont Bridge, follow that road through traffic lights and over a bridge for a mile, you will then see a turning on your left for Cliburn and Bolton, take that road, after 3 miles you will pass Weatheriggs pottery on your right keep going straight, the next sign you will see is Chapburn Kennels on your left our driveway is 1 mile from there on the left, it has a small sign for South Whinfell. Follow the signs up the track past the farm until you reach the Stables.

Directions from Appleby and A66: follow the A66 towards Penrith take the turning off the A66 for Bolton, follow that road until you reach Cliburn go straight through Cliburn, at the crossroads go straight across, stay on that road until you see a black barn on your left and a farm set back from the road, our driveway is opposite on the right, it has a small sign for South Whinfell, follow the signs up the track until you reach the stables.
